Terms of sale & refunds

1. How ordering works

You build a basket on this website and send it to us on WhatsApp, or message us your list directly. Sending an order is a request to buy. Your order is accepted only when we reply on WhatsApp to confirm the items and the total. We may contact you to suggest a replacement if something is out of stock; we will never substitute an item without asking.

When you send an order from the website you get an order number and a 4-digit delivery code. Our driver will ask for this code before handing over your order, so it only goes to the right person.

2. Prices

Prices on the website include VAT where it applies. Prices can change, and we will always confirm your final total on WhatsApp before you pay. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will tell you before accepting the order.

3. Small orders, delivery and fees

• There is no minimum order. Orders under £10 pay a small order fee of the difference up to £10 (for example, a £7 order pays a £3 fee).
• Delivery charges depend on how far you are from the shop (straight-line distance from your postcode):
  • Up to 1.5 miles: £1.99
  • 1.5 to 3 miles: £2.99
  • 3 to 5 miles: £4.99
  • Orders of £40 or more: free delivery up to 3 miles from the shop
  • Orders of £60 or more: free delivery from 3 to 5 miles
• Service fee: 5% of your items total, minimum £0.50 and maximum £1.99 per order.
• All fees are shown in your basket before you send your order, and included in the total we confirm on WhatsApp.
• UK-wide delivery: further than 5 miles, we send orders by tracked parcel courier anywhere in the UK. We quote the delivery cost on WhatsApp based on the size and weight of your order, and you can accept or cancel before you pay. Chilled, frozen and fresh items can't be sent by parcel. Age-restricted items are only sent by a courier service that checks ID on delivery.
• The website shows your delivery charge when you enter your postcode, and we confirm it on WhatsApp before you pay.
• We deliver during opening hours, 10am to midnight, 7 days a week. We'll give you an estimated delivery time when we confirm your order.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive the order. If an order includes 18+ items, it must be handed to the adult who placed it.

4. Payment

• Pay now: you can pay on this website with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. Payment is taken on a secure checkout page run by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If an item you paid for is out of stock, we'll offer a swap or refund it.
• Card link: after we confirm your order, we send a secure payment link from Teya on WhatsApp for the exact total. We never ask for card details by message or phone.
• Cash: pay the driver on delivery. Please have the right money where possible.

5. Age-restricted products

Alcohol, tobacco, vapes and nicotine products are sold only to people aged 18 or over. We operate Challenge 25: if the person receiving the order looks under 25, they must show valid photo ID (passport, photo driving licence or a PASS-accredited card). If ID isn't shown, or the person is under 18, the age-restricted items will not be handed over. Any card payment for those items will be refunded within 5 working days. We may also refuse a sale if we believe the items are being bought for someone under 18.

6. Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge at any time before the order leaves the shop. Just message us on WhatsApp or call. If you paid by card, we refund the full amount.

7. Problems, refunds and returns

• If an item is missing, damaged, faulty, past its use-by date or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours (for chilled and fresh food, on the day of delivery) with a photo if you can. We will refund or replace it.
• For food, drink, chilled goods and other items that can go off quickly, and for sealed health or hygiene items once opened, we can't accept returns if you've simply changed your mind. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty.
• Other unopened items can be returned to the shop within 14 days of delivery for a refund, with proof of purchase.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method: Pay now refunds through Stripe, card link refunds through Teya, cash refunds in store.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Complaints

If you're unhappy with anything, please contact us on 07435 290051, by WhatsApp or at [email protected]. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

9. Product information and images

Product photos are supplied by our wholesalers and are for illustration. Packaging, price markings and sizes can occasionally differ from the item delivered. Please always read the label for ingredients and allergen information, or ask us before ordering.
